Dr Mike Clarke
BSc, PhD, CEng, MCIOB, MHKIE, MIMMM
Mike leads our team and is an accomplished leader of large scale complex construction projects.
He has over 35 years project delivery experience at executive and project level.
He has worked throughout the world on major projects across a range of disciplines – building, civils, and mining. These roles have taken him to the Philippines, USA, Hong Kong, Macau, UAE, Kuwait, India, and South Africa.
He has unrivaled insight having worked for both main contractors and PMO organizations, leading and managing multi-billion dollar contracts. These include world-class airports, integrated resorts as well as a variety of hotels, hospitals, railway stations, shopping malls, and infrastructure.
Mike has managed high performing cross-cultural project delivery teams from design concept through to completion of construction leading to high-quality, successful outcomes irrespective of the environment, project size and complexity. He combined this with a reputation for on-time, financially successful projects
With a history of developing trust and open lines of communication with investors, owners, senior company executives, design consultants, and main contractors, Mike is highly skilled at critically analyzing and reviewing projects and providing tangible solutions to address the inevitable risk and uncertainty associated with modern day projects.

Malcolm Thomson
BSc(Hons), MEng, CPEng, MIEAust, NER
Malcolm is a chartered engineer and a highly experienced executive leader, operations manager, project director and bid director.
He has 30 years’ experience and has held executive roles for owners, developers and construction companies, across a diverse range of projects including infrastructure (road, rail and airports, oil and gas), high-end integrated hotels, resorts and casinos.
He has unique experience of delivery methodologies required in both the Public and Private sectors and has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, South Korea, Philippines, Australia, the UK and Singapore.
Malcolm is focused on achievement, has strong communication skills and develops good working relationships.
