Historically, project oversight services have been offered by consultants from the property advisory, design and quantity surveying sectors and while exceptional in those fields, they lack the experience of personal involvement in the management of the whole enterprise – design, procurement, commercial, contractual, financial, stakeholder management, execution, sub-contracting, planning and controls, people management (staff and labour) – the performance of which is critical to a successful project outcome.
In contrast, the PROSPR team has extensive experience in design-build contracting on complex multi-billion dollar international projects. We have material ‘hands-on’ experience of leading and managing these complex undertakings.
