Project Oversight Services
What is project oversight?
Project oversight is a safeguard against a project not being delivered to expectation.
It can encompass the complete project life cycle or focus on specific elements – project feasibility, preconstruction (bid), project launch (mobilization), project execution and project completion.
Today’s projects are faster, larger in scale and increasingly complex.
They are dynamic, high-risk endeavours that need to be constantly monitored and recalibrated to ensure the most successful outcome.
The pressures on those responsible for construction delivery mean they are often compelled to work ‘in-the-moment’ at the expense of forward thinking and analysis.
Project oversight by PROSPR provides an on-going independent and comprehensive review of a project, including its people, processes, effectiveness and risks.
Our independent team of experts is highly experienced with well developed leadership and motivational skills and, most importantly, hands-on exposure of delivering complex multi-billion dollar capital projects.
This experience has provided a unique understanding and perspective of the issues and risks that often blight complex projects and the actions required to redress them.
Project oversight ultimately provides meaningful information and recommendations to all stakeholders and assists them in taking action to improve certainty of outcome.
